Service
Maker NFC links replaceable NFC or QR credentials to persistent digital Items. Makers control which Experiences a Product may offer; an Item owner controls its selected Experience and content after claim.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for account access, lawful content and accurate public contact information. Do not publish sensitive data that is unnecessary for the Item’s purpose.
Payments
Item Credits and Paid Experiences are fulfilled only after confirmed payment. Subscriptions, taxes, receipts, refunds and disputes follow the checkout provider’s applicable terms and the policy shown at purchase.
Closure
Closing a Maker account blocks new production but does not intentionally disable already distributed customer Items. End User deletion disables owned Items rather than making them claimable by someone else.
Launch review
Legal entity details, governing law, consumer cancellation language and support contact must be approved by qualified counsel before public launch.
